Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 October 2026. Please read these terms before you use AIRec or this website.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms apply to the AIRec app for Android and to this website. They are an agreement between you and FireClashPro (“we”, “us”). By installing or using AIRec you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use AIRec.
2. Using the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use AIRec on your own Android devices. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the app, or remove notices from it, except where the law (or a license of an included open-source component) allows it.
3. What you record is your responsibility
AIRec records what is on your screen and, if you choose, your microphone and your phone’s sound. You are responsible for what you record and share. Please:
- record only content you have the right to record, and respect copyright and the rules of the apps and services you record;
- get people’s permission before recording their voice, face or private messages, as laws about recording differ by country;
- not use AIRec for anything illegal, to harass others or to capture other people’s private information without permission.
Some apps block screen or audio capture. AIRec respects these Android protections and does not try to bypass them.
4. Your content
Your recordings belong to you. We do not receive, access or store them. We claim no rights in them and AIRec adds no watermark.
5. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop parts of AIRec or this website. Features can depend on your phone, your Android version and permissions you grant. We do not promise that every feature works on every device.
6. No warranty
AIRec is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises of any kind to the extent the law allows. We work hard to make recordings reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the app will be error-free, that a recording will never be interrupted, or that results (such as noise reduction or frame rate) will meet your expectations on every phone. Please do not rely on AIRec as the only copy of something important.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, lost profits, or damage to your device arising from the use of AIRec. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Third-party names and services
Google Play, YouTube and Android are trademarks of Google LLC. Other names belong to their owners. AIRec is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or by any game, app or service shown or recorded with AIRec. Use of Google Play and YouTube is governed by their own terms.
9. Open-source components
AIRec includes open-source software, such as the DeepFilterNet3 model and ONNX Runtime, under their own licenses. See the privacy policy for credits.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date. If you continue to use AIRec after a change, you accept the new terms.
